Absence d’ascenseur
Le bâtiment a été construit en 1863 et ne contient aucun ascenseur. Les chambres du 2e, 3e et 4e étage ne sont accessibles que par des escaliers.

Pour des raisons de sécurité, le monte-charge ne peut être utilisé que par un membre de notre équipe, présent tous les jours de 9 h à 19 h.

Just book it! It’s perfect. Perfect host; spotlessly clean; comfortable bed; great communication; perfect location to shops, restaurants and my fav cafe Olive & Gourmando. Didn’t want to leave. ♥️
Positive: The location was superb
Positive: The location was superb. The room itself was fantastic. Amenities were perfect. Everything was great, staff was excellent and helpful.
Negative: We did not receive our room code via email or text.
This left us scrambling caused a lot unnecessary confusion for the price of this rental.
Luckily the receptionist and cleaning lady were helpful, the cleaning lady had the code for us. This happened just in passing.
We were also not told the code for the door to get into the hotel after 8pm. It was our door code which we tried. However the door seems to be slightly faulty, after calling the hotel numerous times to no answer our code finally unlocked the main door.
Excellent location would recommend however management needs to do a better job of providing this information beforehand.
We received close to 10 emails and none had key information.

Positive: The entire experience was great! I, in particular enjoyed the communication from the hotel. The room itself was amazing, beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially families.
Negative: No front door ramp. With luggage it was a little challenging to go up the stairs.

The boat was also extremely helpful and responsive. This is also located right around the corner from tons of shops restaurants and montreal landmarks 🙂

The room wasn’t very dark. Better curtains and sound barrier would have made for a better stay.

Positive: I would recommend this place to anyone. I loved the location, the decor, the room, the cleanliness, all the little extras, and the customer service. Although many accommodations offer all of the above, this place goes above and beyond and is truly exceptional. There is no one at the front entrance of the hotel typically but it doesn’t matter as you get a secure entry code for the hotel and the customer service is in constant communication with you and responds really fast. This unit is huge with all the amenities for a great stay in old Montreal. You are right across the street from the harbor and is truly in the heart of old Montreal and all the restaurants and shopping. Upon arrival you are able to park in front with a 15minute time frame to unload your luggage before you need to take your car to park it, and they offered to keep our luggage after check out if needed while you explore some more. They really have it all covered here. This place has all the vibes of a Paris feel that can’t be missed. STAY HERE!!!

the place was in a great location, and had a lot of things to do nearby
the place was in a great location, and had a lot of things to do nearby. the only thing preventing it from a 5 star was that construction was taking place in the basement of the building, and the workers began right at 7am. being on the first floor of the hotel, it was impossible to sleep in as a result. other then that, the airbnb was great.

Beautiful place with high ceilings and looks just like the computerized images. Communications were easy and quick, especially when we had questions. The staff at the front desk were also extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting activities and local events in the area. The room we were in was on the first floor against the street with some noise, but it wasn't too distracting or annoying at night.

Negative: Unfortunately, I arrived early in the morning and spent just a few hours in the room. However, I'd say that even with an excellent location, it's pretty close to restaurants and bars, and it can be quite a loud area.

Louis' place was great. Very clean and spacious. The area is social yet quiet at night. There was construction in Old Montreal on my walk to Arcadia however it didn't interrupt the immediate surroundings. Such a great location. Lots of restaurants and easy to walk along Rue Commune and to locations more central where I needed to be. I also enjoyed walking through the parks and checking out the lights on the water at night across the way. More like a flat than a "room", looks just like he pics and felt better. So comfortable, I slept super well and would definitely stay there again.

Louis's place was great and I would stay there again. A few times I heard some loud people outside on the street but this comes with the territory of staying in the heart of old Montréal. I had some difficult getting into the apartment but Louis and his team answered my phone call right away and assisted me with access to the apartment. Definitely amazing service provided by the host.

Positive: The place was very clean and charming. The linens were super comfortable as were the pillows. I loved the added touch of good quality toiletries in the bathroom. The place was well stocked and communication with the staff was very prompt.
Negative: It’s on a busy street so it can be a little noisy. I was woken up at night by a train screeching by. This wouldn’t affect my decision to stay there again, however. I’d just bring earplugs! I’m pretty sure most places in this location would have the same problem.

Me encantó el lugar de Louis, estas construcciones tienen doble ventana para que se omita el ruido y el frío, una ventana detalle las interiores estaba rota y se colaba un poco el aire frío, al final pusimos almohadas para que no se pasara más el frío, creo que estas cosas deben de estar más al pendiente especialmente en temporada de frío, fuera de eso nos gustó mucho el lugar, muy cómodo.

Je dois débuter en nommant que l’emplacement est idéal
Je dois débuter en nommant que l'emplacement est idéal! Vraiment. Toutefois, nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes (#101) et ce n'est pas une chambre confortable pour 4 personnes. A notre arrivée, le divan-lit n'était pas fait, malgré qu'il nous demande de l'avertir si nous avons besoin du divan-lit et que je l'ai fait. Personnel peu aidant sur place. Lit compliqué à monter donnant l'impression qu'une personne devrait dormir en pente ... Finalement, une autre employé se présente et nous monte le lit. Il est très bas au sol et inconfortable. Ce n'est pas une chambre adaptée à 4 personnes. Logement mal insonorisé, courant d'air qui se ressent et comble de malheur à 4h et à 5h l'alarme sonne dans le hall d'entrée adjacent à notre chambre. Nous avons soulevé le problème et il tentera de faire verifier le tout... Déception de mon expérience. Je ne retournerais pas dans cette chambre à 4 personnes.

The stay exceeded our expectations. The apartment unit felt luxurious and very comfortable. While we didn't know the exact unit that we would get, our unit was on the first floor right by the lobby so it was very convenient for us to come and go. The area is safe, and very walkable, and a great home-base from which to explore Montreal on foot.

We had an excellent stay at this cozy gem in Old Montreal! The space was impeccably clean and perfectly located. The bathroom is beautifully renovated, and the kitchen perfectly set up. The location was unbeatable, with charming streets, cafes, and attractions just a short walk away. The host was also super responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish retreat in the heart of the city! We would stay here again for sure.
Only minor downside was the uncomfortable sofa bed we used for our son. Everything else about the space was perfect.

The location was excellent- as it allowed for us to walk all over Old Montreal, surrounded by lots of restaurants and things to do. Louis was responsive and detail oriented. The space allowed for street views and views of the port. The washer and dryer was a huge perk. Everything you need for a weekend getaway. My girlfriend and I will be recommending our families to go stay at this as well! we would return!

Positive: Nous sommes arrivés très en avance (14h30 au lieu de 16h) sans avoir eu de réponse à notre demande d'arrivée anticipée. Le personnel présent a été charmant, nous avons pu laisser nos valises, il nous a donné les codes pour revenir plus tard.
Le lit King size de la chambre est très confortable, tout paraît neuf et de qualité.
Les produits de toilette sont super, gel douche, shampoing, après-shampoing et crème hydratante.
L'emplacement est exceptionnel pour visiter le vieux Montréal, et pas loin du métro pour se rendre ailleurs.
Negative: Le canapé-lit n'est pas suffisamment confortable pour des adultes (ou pour nos grands ados de 15 et 17 ans). Cet appartement est parfait pour deux ou avec de jeunes enfants.

We were visiting Montreal for a milestone birthday with friends from Florida. The location was perfect and walking distance to shops and restaurants, overlooking the port.
It was spotless with a mini fridge, microwave, pots, pans, cook top and lots of plates and wine glasses.
Would totally come back and recommend to friends. The only issue I thought should be mentioned is that the sofa bed is not a hydra bed per say and is quite hard. It was fine for a night, but I wouldn’t want to spend a week on it. The host was attentive and easy to deal with, a real gem of a place

Negative: Sales images of the suite did not accurately reflect what we got. We ended up in room 101 which is on the ground floor next to the lobby so it was noisy and the view wasn't good. The bathroom has a marble floor which becomes incredibly dangerous when wet.

Positive: The location was great. The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything needed was provided.
Negative: There were issues with the initial entrance to the place. It was not in the instructions to press the # sign after entering the door code. We witnessed three different sets of couples having the same issue.
Entering the apartment was tricky. Luckily a staff member came up and showed us the process. It was tricky because the key pad was dark, so we just touched the screen to light up the area not knowing we needed to touch using the 1st number.
After this, no issues.

El hotel es un híbrido entre un hotel y un Airbnb. La suite está perfectamente equipada y todo funciona a la perfección.
Lo recomiendo mucho.
Negative: La llegada fue un poco confusa.
Desde la calle no hay nada que indique que el inmueble es el hotel, y tuvimos que adivinar los primeros pasos.
Sin embargo, las respuestas siempre fueron inmediatas y muy amables.
Nada de lo anterior representa un problema, solo es importante tenerlo en cuenta para entender el proceso de llegada.

arcadia hotel was a very nice place, centrally located and walk out right to the old port and old Montreal. it was very convenient. even though there weren't parking, there was street parking free for a limited time, as well as parking garages close by within 10 minutes walk. the only thing was that we got this place as two friends and hoped to use both the sofa bed and the bed. but there weren't linens for the sofa bed. however, the host responded immediately and got Uber to deliver the linens. we had a good stay! would recommend!

Excellent location in old Montreal! It's right next to all the restaurants, shops and famous cathedral. Our 1st floor unit was comfortable and very spacious. It is a busy street on the weekend so expect some noise. We had a minor issue in our unit, and the host responded quickly and helped rectify it. We would return!

- impossible de dormir sans boules quies car vitrage non acoustique sachant que la chambre et la pièce de vie donnaient au RDC d’une rue ultra passante (véhicules et très nombreux touristes bien après minuit)
- pas de rideaux pour la pièce principale ou nos enfants dormaient (donc réveillés très tôt car nous sous étions en août)
- matelas d’appoint durs comme du bois pour les enfants.

We had a great experience- it was absolutely spotless, brand-new looking. Perfect location, we walked everywhere. Louis was super responsive - I couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner and someone was there within an hour. Same for an issue with the dryer. Excellent experience, highly recommended staying here. Also we loved the grocery store Le Beau Marche, great breakfast sandwich and fresh produce within walking distance.

Wonderful space and host! Louis was very communicative throughout my stay. My girlfriend forgot a valuable ring at the property and he made sure the cleaning crew was able to recover it!
While the location was great and the place was aesthetically pleasing
While the location was great and the place was aesthetically pleasing, the dryer did not function and the shower did not drain. Another guest awoke us at 4AM, intoxicated and loudly banging on the door until the police arrived. We did not receive aid or a response until after we checked out, despite sending several messages. Would not return.

Positive: La situation longeant le port. Les lits confortables.
Negative: C'est un air b and b. Je ne sais pas pourquoi ça s'appelle Arcadia Boutique Hotel. Ce n'est ni un hôtel ( pas de réception, nous n'avons vu personne juste au téléphone), pas de boutique. La photo sur le site est trompeuse. Peut-être est-ce la plus belle chambre mais on dirait une photo d'architecte.

Positive: Localização maravilhosa, no coração de Old Montreal. Instalações excelentes, embora pudesse ter cortina na sala, uma vez a claridade atrapalha quem dorme na sala.
Negative: A inflexibilidade em poder deixar as bagagens no local até o check in, que abre só as 4h, é um incoveniente relevante. Essa possibilidade é importante para um hotel que se propõe a oferecer uma experiência 5 estrelas. Tivemos que fazer nossos passeios pela cidade com as bagagens durante todo o dia, o que obviamente, interferiu em nossos planos.

Our stay at Arcadia was fantastic
Our stay at Arcadia was fantastic. The hotel is located in the perfect proximity to the old town. It is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and lots of tourists.
Communication with Louis and his team was great. He was responsive and very helpful. We'll definitely rent from Arcadia again.

My stay at Arcadia was nothing short of amazing
My stay at Arcadia was nothing short of amazing. Louis was extremely helpful throughout my booking process and in guiding me. The place was exactly how it looked in the images. It’s a walking distance to pretty much everything and it’s surrounded by tons of amazing places to eat. Louis was also responsive throughout my trip and more than willing to help where necessary. The service far exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, I would definitely recommend it.
