Le bâtiment a été construit en 1863 et ne contient aucun ascenseur. Les chambres du 2e, 3e et 4e étage ne sont accessibles que par des escaliers.

Negative: À l’arrivé dans l’établissement ce n’était pas forcément simple. Les femmes de chambres à l’intérieur du halle et des étages nous ont aidés ma femme et moi. Dans la salle de bain je trouve qu’il manque une belle étagère afin de poser les produits de nos trousse de toilettes car le meuble du lavabo ne suffit pas.

Great place to stay at! Walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Very clean, affordable, great shower, and comfortable bed! Responsive host and great neighborhood! Downside- No flexibility for early check in or late check out. Also, needs soundproofing. Overall, great for a night or two.

Arcadia Hotel Boutique was magnificent! The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. It definitely felt like a luxury stay. It was the perfect location in Old Port, surrounded by many restaurants and shops, and had a really nice view. Probably my favourite bnb I’ve stayed in so far!

Logement lumineux, neuf, d'une propreté irreprochable, avec de très beaux équipements (de la vaisselle à l'électroménager en passant par la salle de bain) des produits culinaires et cosmétiques de qualité (plaisir gustatifs et sensoriels) , literie haut de gamme, et des cadeaux eux aussi qualitatifs.
Notre seul regret a été l'isolation phonique insuffisante, des voisins bavards et sonores dérangeants, ainsi que le plancher qui craque beaucoup (bâtiment historique).
Mention exceptionnelle pour cette volonté de l'excellence, merci aussi à Louis, compréhensif et amical, soucieux de satisfaire sa clientèle.

We had a wonderful stay at Arcadia Hotel. It was a perfect location and close to everything. Check in was smooth and the host was quick to response and communicative. The room came with everything we needed - comfortable bed, clean room, pristine bathroom, and even robs and slippers. Unfortunately we weren’t able to check-in earlier than 4 but other than that - it was a perfect stay!

Love the room! Very clean and spacey! The location is fantastic just besides the church and the St. Paul st. Lots of restaurants and gift shops nearby. The host is also very nice!! Respond quickly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Montreal! 🙂

The unit was clean, has big windows, and has easy to instructions to access. The bed was big and comfortable (just thought the pillows were too soft).
Has a hotplate and cooking utensils if you wish to make some simple meals. The fridge is mini but good size to store some items.
The main entrance door was a bit finicky, the walls are thin (can hear any sound). Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The location was amazing! Close to so many restaurants and stores, very walkable.

Perfect place to stay in Old Montreal- near so many great food spots, extremely clean and comfortable, and very great host. We did everything we wanted to in 3 days and The Arcadia was perfectly located near it all. We’d definitely return and maybe even stay longer. We’re very picky with AirBnBs and hotels and The Arcadia checked every box and then some. Parking had a learning curve but once we got it down, learned to use Bixi E-bikes (conveniently located near this stay), and learned map of the area, we were set and easily went wherever we wanted to. Perfect first time in Montreal. We will return to this stay!

This place was stunning !! I’m a germaphobe so I always struggle with visiting places because I often don’t feel they uphold my level up cleanliness, but this place blew me away. Spotless. Amazing place.
There were lots of delicious restaurants 3-5 minute walks away, as well as cute local jewelry and clothing stores. If you’re into religion, there’s also the Notre Dame an eight minute walk away. The view from my hotel was also stunning.
I’m very particular about hotel showers because they can be a hit or miss, but the shower water pressure was perfect and relaxing.
Overall, I had an amazing time, the next time I come to Montreal I am DEFINITELY staying here again.

Wonderful find. Central location in the walkable Old Port. Space was bright, immaculate, full of all the amenities needed and nicely furnished. Louis and the onsite team were highly responsive. If you score a street view you will have the daily pleasure of a fantastic canal view with beaming sun. Highly recommended.

The king-size bed was super comfy, and there was even a little kitchen and coffee maker, plus hot water in the shower. The unit had both heating and cooling, which was perfect for the weather. And guess what? It’s in a fantastic area with tons of great restaurants just a few steps away. Oh, and there’s a nice walking path right in front of the building. If we ever come back to Montreal, we’ll definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Arcadia with my partner for a few days and it exceeded our expectations! The location was absolutely beautiful and centrally located with so many wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants, and other amenities just steps away!
The attention to detail in our room was impeccable, and the building itself was gorgeous with its Old Montreal charm. It was beautifully decorated and spotless, with a very luxurious bed that made for the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a while. This room made for a very peaceful place to unwind after our long days of exploring the city.
We were certainly well taken care of during our stay as our host was very helpful and responsive, and made check in and finding parking in the area simple and seamless.
This was our first time staying in Montréal and at this location specifically, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone hoping for an outstanding experience and stress-free stay. We will most definitely be choosing this location in the future!

The Arcadia was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway in Old Montreal. The space was exactly as described, with a very comfortable bed, great shower, and a full kitchenette unit. Fabulous restaurants on Saint Paul and the Notre-Dame Basilica are just a few minutes walk away. Montreal is always under construction so we safely parked our car across the street at the Science Centre and took advantage of Uber and the Metro to get around. Louis is a very responsive and helpful host. Recommend highly!

The price was better than any hotel in the Old Port area. Only one block from the center of the main area of the port and all it has to offer.
Louis was super responsive and the lobby staff was very friendly and attentive.
FYI, I can recommend Modavie for dinner. It was so good we went there twice!

It is newly updated so the facilities are superb and it was immaculately clean.
It’s in a great location for the old town and most tourist sights are in walking distance.
Negative: The only problem is the lack of lift. I was on floor 2 so ok for me, but my friends were on the 4th floor and it was hard for them to carry their cases up that far. I believe this issue is being resolved however.

Well designed and comfortable space which was spotless. It is in a great location for restaurants and cafes. Communication with Louis was great. He was very responsive. The staff people we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The young lady on the cleaning team for our space and Benjamin were particularly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The vases of beautiful fresh cut flowers in the lobby was a nice touch and set the tone for the place. We recommend the Arcadia without reservation.

Positive: Die Lage mit Blick auf den Old Port war perfekt! Das Hotel ist ganz neu und die Einrichtung top modern und bequem. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - super gemütliches Bett, tolle Regendusche, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, große Fenster mit lichtdichten Vorhängen - und noch mehr - eine Küchenzeile mit Herdplatten, Töpfen, Geschirr, Mikrowelle. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen am Gang zur Verfügung.
Da es ein denkmalgeschützten Haus ist, gibt es keinen Personenaufzug. Das Gepäck kann aber vom Personal ins Zimmer gebracht werden mit einem kleinen Kofferaufzug.
Das Personal war super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Negative: J’ai dû écourter mon séjour de deux nuits. Le numéro de téléphone du airbnb ne pouvait me parler en français. Je lui ai demandé si je peux avoir un crédit. Il m’a dit de communiquer avec Booking.com. J’ai envoyé un courriel qui me disait de communiquer avec Arcadia hotel. Aucun suivi de la part de booking.com.
Mon expérience avec Booking.com est tellement mauvaise que je recommanderai pas de faire affaire avec vous.
Ils ont fait le lit après 3 nuitées. Il n’y avait pas de boite de kleenex. La place pour manger est trop petite. Il devrait avoir une petite table avec 2 chaises plutôt que de manger au comptoir. Dans la panderie il n’y a pas de cintre pour les vêtements, seulement des crochets.
Je devais mettre mes complets sur le dos des bancs pour ne pas froisser mes vêtements.
Il n’y a pas de câbles pour regarder la télévision locale! J’ai du regarder les nouvelles et le débat Trump Harris sur ma petite tablette.
J’aimerais bien avoir un retour de votre part sur mes commentaires.

Great location, more affordable alternative to hotels in the area. Heads up you will likely need to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs to your room.

5* LOCATION! Louis's place was very clean and he was prompt replying with questions. There are some things to consider and to ask in advance and some that were communicated but you need to consider while preparing.
- Parking is almost non existing unless you go to a parking garage which is 3 blocks away. (communicated and clear in the description.) what we did not take into consideration was that we would need to get our car at 2am in the morning to head to the airport so figuring where to park for that took about 2 hours till we talked to a parking enforcer that gave us guidance.
-no elevators (communicated and clear) i messed up my knee 2 days before so it was pretty rough so be sure your legs are in good order 🙂
-luggage (not clear) the description says that you can receive assistance to take your luggage to your floor but you need to tell them in advance since there is no front desk and only during certain times.
- housekeeping (not sure) communicate or trash will pile up:)

Absolutely Loved my stay and would definitely book again! The hotel is in a great location and very walkable! The front door is a little finicky but the entire hotel was immaculate. Louis was extremely quick in replying to my messages.

This rental was perfect for us! The location couldn’t have been any better and the parking facility at the Science Center was so convenient. The unit was very nicely decorated and included everything we needed and then some! (Bathrobes & slippers is such a welcome treat!) This is a very luxurious rental in a very popular area.

Absolutely fantastic!! Close to many restaurants and shops in Old Montreal. The property is spotless and beautifully appointed. Louis was helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful long weekend exploring Montreal.

Positive: Location was good. The decor was very nice The room had just recently been built/remodeled was large and comfortable. Functional kitchenette.
Negative: No assistance on arrival to get cases to third floor! 24/7 service took one hour to get back to me. Very small (minute) closet.

Negative: Parking is tricky but that’s the nature of the area and they had helpful recommendations on where to park close by. Since everything is within walking distance this didn’t impact our stay at all.

Love the place! It’s literally in the center of all you need and want in the old Montreal. Room is beautiful with spectacular view of the port. Checking in and out is easy with help from Louis. Would love to come back!

A beautiful spot in a gorgeous part of town! Louis was available and helpful when needed. The space itself was super comfortable, clean, modern, and everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again! Amazing bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walking radius.

Great find! The only difficult thing we encountered was finding the place! Due to no signage or “Arcadia hotel” sign it was difficult. Other than that, little to no complaints! Great spot to be in, felt safe with the security system set in place. There are plentiful restaurants nearby and can’t go wrong! Will have to go back when the hotel is fully up and running!

We had a wonderful stay here. Exactly as described and in the photos. I did not hear any noise from the street and we were on the second floor. We appreciated the kitchenette - we did not cook but did use the refrigerator and had some snacks in our room. Made the trip even easier. Finally it rained hard one of our days- there were umbrellas available in the lobby and we greatly appreciated having them. Fantastic location, beautiful too and great price!

I highly recommend this place. It is the perfect space for a couple. Great view of the pier. Extremely peaceful and it offers everything you need for your stay. Louis was very welcoming and we felt right at home. The location is perfect and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. I will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Right in the hub of Old Port with a HUGE window overlooking the water! Place was beautiful and clean. Quiet for sleeping. So many nice details included: amazing soaps, shampoo and conditioner, lovely robes and slippers, cooking supplies and coffee for those interested in doing so, access to umbrellas if needed, etc. We were able to drop off our luggage early upon our arrival. Fantastic communication. Will definitely be returning! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The room was very easy to get into even with our late check-in time. We were very impressed immediately upon walking into the room due to the cleanliness and clear attention to detail. Communication with the host was always timely and valuable. The location is unbeatable for the Old Port with access to shops, restaurants and attractions. Thank you for an amazing stay… we will be back!
We were in room 301 which had an excellent view of the harbor area
We were in room 301 which had an excellent view of the harbor area. (From the website you can't tell which room you get; guess we lucked out with Louis's.) The room was good-sized, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed having a Nespresso each morning. The tiny pedestal sink in the bathroom left no place to put your toiletries; but the lighted mirror was great. The port is a touristy area, so it's busy, but that also means there are lots of restaurants & shops just steps away. As others have noted, it's a walkup. We checked in late in the day and the luggage elevator was locked; there is someone onsite during the day to help with that & other things, but he had left for the day. I had good success using Click-n-Park app to find a nearby garage; the parking lot at the Science Ctr is only 12 hr. Louis was responsive and the gentleman there during the day (he is downstairs from the lobby) was also super helpful & let us stow our luggage for a few hours after checkout. All in all, a great stay!

Wow! Amazing location right in the heart of old Montreal. Walking distance to a lot of must see sights. Place was clean and homey, felt very comfortable.

Fabulous location and beautifully updated and comfortable room with so much to do all around Old Montreal. Incredible opportunities to take in all of Montreal on foot including walking up to Mt Royal and strolling through so many interesting and colorful areas around the city. Amazing restaurants and food choices everywhere. Rented bikes to cruise along and across the river and did a walking tour to learn more about the history of this charming city. The views of Montreal from Mt Royal lookouts and from across the river (by bike), are stunning! Favorite foods were poutine, crepes, Italian, French, coffee, pastries, ice cream, eggs, all delicious. Being within Old Montreal area and right along the river and waterfront area and all the activities made our stay the best. Would absolutely stay in the same spot when we visit again!!

LOVED the bed!! SUPER comfy & looking to buy soon hahah, I would come back if I didnt rent a car because parking was an absolute nightmare. Lovely hosts! Only issue was the AC was hard to figure out, and the luggage lift wasn't available.

The Arcadia Hotel Boutique is a beautiful, newly renovated, historic building in the heart of old Montreal. My husband and I spent a couple of nights here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved this location, which was perfect walking distance to all we planned to experience. Louis is an outstanding host who ensures that all your comfort needs are met as well as other special touches to ensure your stay is memorable. A highly recommended place to stay, one we hope to repeat in the future!

This is a nit: The decorative matte in the bedroom looked shabby and a little dirty and did not match the rest of the room in terms of quality and design. Everything else in the room was new/pristine/up-scale/attractive. Our recommendation: just get rid of the matte 🙂

Me and my wife have stayed in many places in the port. This is hands down the best one for multiple reasons.
1) views of the port
2) located basically in the middle of the entire area (Surrounded by many things to do)
3) cosy and clean accommodations that were nice and bright during the day because of the many windows in our unit. (we were on the third floor) (Keep in mind there is no elevator, but this didn't bother us)
I would highly recommend giving this place a shot. It was one I'm likely to forget.

The Arcadia hotel was in a great location, very clean, and comfortable. Louis made the check-in process very easy. We received all the necessary information to access the in advance and he contacted us to ask if everything went smoothly. The room was well stocked with dishes, towels, and other necessities like an iron and hair dryer. I would definitely consider staying here again but would opt for a room that faces the water. Our room faced the street and adjacent building that was under construction so we were eye to eye with the workers. This meant keeping the curtains closed pretty much the entire time. I'd suggest to anyone looking to stay here to spend a bit more for the water view. Great stay regardless. Thank you Louis!

Beautiful room, perfectly appointed, excellent location in the heart of the old Montreal. The place was pristine and had everything we needed. It is the size of a hotel room but has the all the amenities of an apartment. We especially appreciated access to the shared washer and dryer after several day of travel! The lack of elevator may be of concern for those with mobility issues, but it worked well for us. We appreciated the self check-in process, and the instructions for finding parking were very helpful. There was some construction going on but we were expecting this when we booked the room. Highly recommended overall!

Staying here was great! It’s very centrally located in Old Town and right off Old Port. The place was really clean (has a daily cleaning person) and decor made it feel luxurious. Has available parking spots near the science center and other nearby garages. Overall fantastic stay and will look to stay again in the future.

The place was amazing.. but we had difficulty getting in around 1am in night. We had to wait for the code to enter inside building.

We had a great stay, just off the St. Lawrence River. The location is perfect — near so much to do. The only issue is parking, but we ended up parking at one of the piers nearby.

Very clean and neat. Beautiful views. High quality items. The staff is super friendly and host is very responsive. My checking experience was rough. The automated messages are too long and somewhere between the lines they say the room number and code, which took me 40 mins to discover after asking around. My issues were that there’s absolutely no ventilation in the building. The room air is stall. The lobby smells like diesel in morning when maintenance is happening or garbage truck is at the back. No elevator so very difficult to carry luggage. The entrance of building doesn’t have a ramp or something for accessibility or stroller.

Arcadia boutique hotel is beautiful!! It is in a great location in Old Montreal, close to restaurants, bars and Old Port of Montreal. This is our favourite area to visit when we are in Montreal. It was very clean and looked exactly like the listing pictures. Louis was a great host, very responsive and helpful when it came to booking parking before our arrival. We will be looking to stay here again in the future. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Old Montreal!!
