Terms of the offer 

• The 15% discount applies only through the customer service of Arcadia Hotel Boutique – it does not apply on the website of Scandinave Spa Vieux-Montréal.
• Guests must be 16 years of age or older to access the thermal circuit (young people aged 14 and 15 are admitted under the supervision of an adult).
• The Scandinave Spa Vieux-Montréal is located a short walk from the hotel; please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.
• Any cancellation or modification must be made by contacting Arcadia Hotel Boutique customer service directly.
• Any cancellation or change made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the services booked.

As parking spaces are limited, we advise you to book as early as possible.

Terms of the offer

• Each ticket is valid for a period of 24 hours.
• Any stay exceeding 24 hours will incur additional charges, payable directly at the payment terminal in order to exit.
• The ticket is valid for one exit only (no multiple entry).
• Parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Vehicles with trailers or motorized caravans are prohibited on the site.
• Electric vehicles: Four charging stations are available. Charging is free for the first four hours, then additional charges apply per hour. (In addition to the regular parking rate.) 
• In case of a lost pass, the amount equivalent to the initial fare must be paid.
• Arcadia Hotel Boutique is not responsible for items left in the vehicle or for material damage.
