Absence d’ascenseur
Le bâtiment a été construit en 1863 et ne contient aucun ascenseur. Les chambres du 2e, 3e et 4e étage ne sont accessibles que par des escaliers.
Monte-charge pour bagages
Pour des raisons de sécurité, le monte-charge ne peut être utilisé que par un membre de notre équipe, présent tous les jours de 9 h à 19 h.
Stationnement
Nous ne disposons pas de stationnement, mais plusieurs options de stationnement public sont disponibles à proximité. Notre équipe peut vous conseiller sur les applications de stationnement.
Arrivée libre-service
L’enregistrement se fait de façon autonome (self-check-in), ce qui vous permet de profiter d’un accès direct à votre chambre dès votre arrivée. Pour toute question, nous offrons un service à la clientèle 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7.

Overall a good deal and a good stay. Only complaint is that the fire alarm went off at 7am but that was completely out of the hosts control. Montreal fire was also very quick to respond!

Louis’ place was great and as described. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious and tastefully decorated, and the building is in a perfect spot right in front of the quays and the water in the old Montreal. Lots of restaurants and things to do just around the corner. The staff was also very helpful when we arrived and before leaving with any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend and will be back.

I had a great stay at the Arcadia. The room I stayed in was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. There was a slight hiccup at the beginning about daily cleaning, but got solved right away. Louis is super responsive, so any difficulty that may arise he will answer right away. Overall, everything worked out quite well.

Aside from a minor hiccup at check-in (which was taken care of immediately) our stay was wonderful. The linens were top notch! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and brightly lit. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, we were able to walk everywhere!
The only minor inconvenience was the construction happening around the location, which got started pretty early in the morning. They work pretty much right outside of the window. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and you should be fine. I’m also assuming the construction is temporary.
All around I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Old Montreal. It surpassed expectations.

Positive: I loved the location, the charming boutique atmosphere, and the thoughtful extras like an umbrella in the lobby, a complimentary gift, and the robe and slippers provided for our stay.
Negative: The hotel should have informed us about the construction. I requested a water view, but instead, it felt like I was penalized for my request by being given the worst possible room, overlooking noisy construction with no natural light. I booked this hotel over a month ago. I added a photo of our view.

Better than the photo the host uploaded, and it’s small place but you won’t feel it’s small at all because it has a high ceiling. super clean, enough amenities, and perfect for us without car. Our room was in 1st floor, which was great for my mom. My mom was so happy about this place the most. 100% I am willing to come back with my family or my boyfriend.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting Old Montreal. Walking distance to everything in the Old Port, clean and private, and Louis was a great host.
We asked for a slightly early check-in and Louis accommodated. We had a small issue with the outside door code but is was resolved right away. We'd definitely stay here the next time we are on Montreal.

Positive: Très bon emplacement, quartier animé avec de nombreux très bons restaurants et pub à proximité. Hôtel moderne, facile à trouver grâce aux indications par e-mail. Literie de qualité et chambre bien équipée. Des parapluies à disposition. Un petit cadeau à l’arrivée.
Negative: Particulièrement bruyant ! Nous nous y attendions vu les commentaires précédents donc nous avions prévu des boules quies : indispensables. Murs mal isolés, on entend toute la rue : discussions, rires, musique, circulation… en plus notre chambre donnait sur un immeuble en construction dont les ouvriers commençaient très tôt le matin. Les camions poubelle passent également très tôt et sont très bruyants. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit passez votre chemin.

Positive: Location is fantastic for exploring old Montreal but in the complete chaos of construction. Our view was dumpsters and construction crew.
Negative: The construction around it. I know it can’t be helped but our room was on the back facing the alley with a view of the dumpster and construction crew. No way to sleep past 7am.

Wegen Erdgeschoss Zimmer mit Baulärm direkt neben den Fenstern, leider nur 3 Sterne.
Hätte ich vorab die Möglichkeit gehabt, ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage auszuwählen, wäre ich auch bereit gewesen, ein höheren Betrag zu zahlen. Zimmer entsprach somit nicht den Fotos der Website. Lage, Ausstattung , Sauberkeit alles war top!

The city was pretty much closed down until evening and then we were able t go out to dinner and walk around a bit. It was the perfect location to do so. We would totally stay again. This is an awesome boutique hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. It is a quick walk to many touristic sights, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the centre of it all. Clean room with great shower/bathroom. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because we were on the main floor and could hear people loudly in the lobby and hallway. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
